First and foremost, I must reiterate: All Webcam and Telephone lesson payments must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled time and date.

In all honesty, the higher priced the webcam, the better image you will have! You must also bear in mind that how old and what type of computer you have will play an important part as well. Again, I use Skype or ooVoo because they are the most reliable free services out right now. It also works with both PC and Mac operating systems.

Creating a user Name

When creating a Skype or ooVoo user name, please use something that I recognize! You can have as many Skype or ooVoo accounts that you want, so save your zany user names for your friends, and use one that I will recognize for your lessons. I will not approve someone that I do not recognize! If it is odd, PLEASE email what it is prior to the lesson or I will not approve you! All of that information that you will need to contact me will be provided to you on the thank you page after your purchase. REMEMBER to write it down or print out the page!

Types of Webcams

Webcams that I have successfully used are:
iSight (for Mac)
Logitech QuickCam Communication STX
Phillips SPC 900NC
Creative WebCam Live!

The camera I currently use is the Phillips SPC 900NC. I bought it for around $60 at Sam's Club and the camera has fantastic images! I've provided a few links* to help in the webcam-buying decision as well as basic info on setting up and using a webcam.
